How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! 🚚 Tiny Joy offers free shipping across India on eligible orders. No separate shipping charge will be displayed at checkout for eligible orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return window for eligible products. Items generally need to be unused and in their original condition and packaging, where applicable. Please contact us before sending anything back.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. The payment options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We'll review it and help with an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Tiny Joy ships only across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
Why might my order arrive later than expected?
Delivery estimates can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery, incorrect address information, or other unexpected logistical issues. We'll do our best to assist if your order is delayed.
